Anytime you get a burger with cheese from a restaurant, a dessert with yogurt or abagel with cream cheese, there’s a pretty good chance you’re eating some of ourdelicious food. We also make many of the nutritional drinks you see on store shelves.

This year, Schreiber Foods is fortunate to celebrate 80 years of growth and impact as a company. We’ve evolved and transformed many times since our founding in 1945, and that’s led to our meaningful growth, lasting impact, and enduring success. And through it all, one thing has never changed: We’ve stayed true to our values. One core value that has always been at the center of what makes this place special is our caring spirit. Our History Our company was founded in 1945 when L.D. Schreiber, a butter and egg businessman from Chicago, partnered with Merlin G. Bush and Daniel David Nusbaum to form the L.D. Schreiber Cheese Company in Green Bay, Wisconsin. From day one, the company followed the “16 ounces to the pound” philosophy. One pound of cheese would weigh just that – one pound. Not more. Not less. Back in 1945, that wasn’t always the case with other companies, but being honest and trustworthy was important to our founders. They were right, and today we still use “16 ounces to the pound” as shorthand for two cornerstones of our character: unquestionable integrity and an ongoing commitment to quality. Keeping people safe is our top priority We’re proud to have a safety incident rate that’s about 80% better than the industry average. But we feel one incident is one too many. So until these numbers are zero, we won’t be satisfied. Here are some of the things we’ve focused on: - Enhanced plant-specific training for topics like locking out and tagging out equipment, hazardous waste and confined space awareness. Many courses are now offered in both English and Spanish. - Prioritized incident investigation by identifying near misses, minor injuries, damaged tools and other unsafe conditions - Increased safety observations and invested in new safety software to help leaders identify and eliminate future safety incidents. We took fire extinguishing training to a new level in Tenerife, Spain, by using virtual reality to train employees how to face risks safely. Ensuring the safety of about 1,300 people at our plant in Baramati, India, is no easy feat. It takes daily focus. Our employees and families celebrated their annual Safety Week with colorful displays, safety skits and fun competitions to further ingrain safety into our culture. Our People

Our People We’re committed to inclusion PAY – We review our pay practices every year to ensure employees are fairly compensated compared to others who perform comparable work – regardless of their gender, race/ethnicity or other categories protected by law. To help on this front, we’re implementing a global job architecture. This will deliver a consistent organizational structure that will provide employees with clarity and transparency around career growth, salary structures and pay. POLICIES – We review our policies and practices annually to ensure they’re fair and employees have a clear understanding of the company’s expectations. We want our employees to feel confident they’ll be treated fairly and consistently. BENEFITS – Having employees in 12 countries – seven in Europe alone – presents a cultural challenge regarding the benefits we offer. No matter what country they’re in, it’s important to us that our employees have access to meaningful benefits that help them be healthy, happy and comfortable in different stages of life. DEVELOPMENT – We’re committed to providing relevant development for underrepresented groups. For example, we’ve rolled out a women’s development circle and a multicultural leadership program. Our People Setting employees up for a comfortable retirement For the past 25 years, our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) has not only empowered our U.S. employees with a sense of ownership and pride in their work, but has also provided them with a platform for financial growth and security. Our employee owners in the U.S. are fortunate to have not just one, but two retirement benefits. In addition to an 8% 401(k) match into the ESOP, Schreiber contributes an extra amount – about 8% of employees’ earnings – toward their retirement every year. That’s a company contribution of 16% of their earnings each year. That’s hard to beat. As owners, our employees are highly invested in the success of the company. Our People From forming plant soccer and softball teams to catching a pro baseball game, you’ll often see our employees hanging out together outside of work. In India, they look forward to an annual cricket tournament. Across the world in Southwest Missouri, our annual crappie tournament is one of the most anticipated events. The 27-year-old tradition brings hundreds of employees, family members, friends and retirees together for a good time – and some excellent barbecue. Bringing the fun with us

Our People Getting technical Here are a few of the ways we’re enhancing our technical training to help our employees do their jobs better and more efficiently: • We’ve made our food safety training more robust and interactive by including instructor-led exercises. • We’re developing onboarding and learning paths for our Manufacturing Engineers, who are helping us get the most out of our equipment. • We’re integrating software that gives employees real-time access to standard operating procedures and other documentation they need to do their jobs. • We’ve developed comprehensive training for our Agile Fusion teams to help us move a project from concept to execution more quickly. Creative training Sparks flew at our plant in Clinton, Missouri, where maintenance employees got to practice their welding skills in a friendly competition. The employee who welded the best deer mount got bragging rights. As a bonus benefit, the mounts were auctioned off to help other employees in need.

Our People Elevating women leaders in India Transformative – that’s how female employees at our Baramati plant in India felt about a Women’s Leadership Program workshop called Discover Your Leader Within. The program includes a blend of in-person workshops, group coaching sessions and an enriching internal mentoring experience. It’s part of our global strategy to increase the cultural fluency of our employees and create a sense of inclusion and belonging. Our People Ensuring language is no barrier to learning Our Global Faculty team is working hard to make sure employees around the world can receive training in their native language. The team of internal facilitators is made up of partners around the world who have a passion for teaching and are becoming certified to teach several courses. In some of our European plants, there are up to 12 different languages spoken. We offer language lessons for English, Spanish, German and Russian to help employees better communicate. In Mexico, we provide English classes and discounted classes for family members offsite. In the U.S., we’re working to make all plants bilingual capable by the end of 2025.

Our People Retaining the best We want employees to look forward to coming back every day. That’s why we’re continuously working on projects like reducing overtime, improving work-life balance and offering schedule variety. These are all things that will help make Schreiber an even better place to be. Our People Advocating for metal health one step at a time Our team in Beloit, Wisconsin, partners with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) to better equip our leaders on this topic. The Beloit team joined forces and walked together in the NAMI Walks event to bring light to the issue. NAMI trains our supervisors how to recognize the signs of someone dealing with a mental health crisis and be able to advocate for that person to get them the help they need. Many of us deal with mental health issues, and we often try to hide it. Doing these walks helps bring the issues into the light. Our PeopleInclusion mattersDiversity, equity and inclusion isn’t something separate at Schreiber. We’re embedding it into everything we do. It’s part of our core. It’s who we are. • Our plants across the globe are using a year-long calendar that focuses on a different inclusion topic to talk with employees about each month.• Our seven business resource groups, which are open to all employees, continue to help us better support each other and broaden our awareness of other cultures, perspectives and points of view. We’ve expanded our Mosaic group to Latin America, and we launched a new group called EMERGE that’s focused on engaging and developing emerging talent at Schreiber.Our Black Business Network and Mosaic business resource groups organized a Park Day in Southwest Missouri as a time for employees and families to come together and celebrate the richness of diversity in the local community.This was a great opportunity to talk about ways to be inclusive in our Missouri communities. Our People•  To bring in talent from different parts of the world, we have developed talent mobilityguidelines and relocation policies for all regions where we have presence. For example, in the U.S., we’re offering a $10,000 relocation bonus PLUS a generous relocation package for candidates moving more than 50 miles for a salaried position.•  Our plants in Richland Center, Wisconsin, and Stephenville, Texas, continue to employworkers from Nepal and other countries as part of the EB-3 work visa program.•  Our Logan, Utah, plant’s long-time relationship with a local English Language Centerbrought about the opportunity to hire Afghan refugees. Our FoodElevating our Food Safety and Quality CultureIn 2023, we conducted a comprehensive survey to gather feedback from our global workforce regarding our Food Safety and Quality Culture. The results were encouraging, with our total company maturity score significantly exceeding the dairy industry average. This reaffirms the effectiveness of the strong foundation we’ve built over decades in food safety and quality. But we’re not resting on our laurels. We remain committed to improving. Identifying improvements in our plantsEach plant has defined and executed individual actions to enhance various aspects of our Food Safety and Quality Culture. Our Food Understanding impact A recurring theme among employees outside of plants and distribution centers is the need to understand how their roles impact food safety. Whether in HR, Finance or IT, every employee plays a crucial role in supporting our Food Safety and Quality Culture. To help on this front, we’ve developed specific training programs tailored to all functions. These programs help ensure all employees, regardless of their department, understand their role in maintaining and improving our food safety and quality standards.

Fostering a sense of belonging We want all employees to feel that food safety and quality are shared responsibilities. We’ve developed an annual awareness campaign focused on a set of activities required at each plant. These fun and engaging activities help employees better understand various food safety and quality topics. We’ll continue to ask for feedback, implement improvements and invest in training to ensure we not only maintain, but also elevate our high standards. We’re consistently building a culture where food safety and quality are ingrained in every aspect of our operations – and that ensures the highest level of safety and quality for our products. No shortcuts in trainingCenters of excellenceOur highly specialized employees provide technical sup-port to our manufacturing locations. They’re technical experts in chemistry, microbiology, food allergens, sanita-tion and hygiene, sanitary design, quality systems, labora-tory services and auditing. We also work with universities and industry groups to understand new technologies and emerging risks so we can incorporate proactive elements into our programs and policies.Specialized trainingWe equip employees with the technical and leadership skills they need in their roles. Training is provided for laboratory testing and management, sanitation, auditing, suppliers, advanced sanitary design, and Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) courses. For example, our Advanced Sanitary Design class was created by our Sanitation and Engineering teams. Our Food We’re all in the same boat when it comes to food safety We view food safety as pre-competitive, meaning we share ideas to ensure food across the industry is safe. We regularly partner with suppliers, competitors and customers to share industry best practices. In 2025, we’ll again host an interactive industry-wide workshop focused on helping dairy processing facilities improve food safety. It will cover topics such as pathogen and allergen control, foreign material detection and prevention, and sanitation design and processes. We also love sharing food safety knowledge with the public at schools and events, like Ag Day in Southwest Missouri, where our employees shared how we handle food safety in our facilities and how people can be food safe at home.

Always improving We’re using cutting-edge technology to enhance quality and proactively prevent food safety incidents. We’re using advanced predictive tools and metrics that help us identify potential risks and implement preventive measures – ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality for customers. Drinking in food safety Our shelf-stable beverages like health and protein drinks, juice and milk are the perfect solution for people on the go or those in areas of the world where refrigeration is not readily available. Like all our products, consumers depend on them to be high-quality and safe. We rely on good sanitary design in our equipment, rigorous sanitation, strict good manufacturing practices, sterility processes, and routine testing to understand and eliminate food safety risks. Our Earth Sustainable development goals The Sustainable Development Goals are a set of 17 global objectives established by the United Nations in 2015 to address various social, economic and environmental challenges facing the world. These goals aim to eliminate poverty, promote prosperity, protect the planet and ensure peace and prosperity for all by 2030. We’ve proudly aligned our goals with 12 of the 17 global Sustainable Development Goals and will continue to assess opportunities to increase alignment. Our sustainability efforts extend beyond just Schreiber. We work closely with our suppliers, customers and industry partners to drive sustainability efforts around the world. These partnerships are essential for sharing best practices, fostering innovation and achieving measurable results. Our EarthOur sustainability strategyReducing emissionsWe’re committed to decreasing our greenhouse gas emissions through energy efficiency initiatives, renewable energy adoption and innovative technologies. Our goal is to significantly reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to global efforts to combat climate change.• We’ve committed to reducing absolute Scope 1 & 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions27% by 2030 compared to our 2017 base year. We’ve also pledged to reduce Scope 3Purchased Goods & Services GHG emissions 30% per metric ton of production by2030.• In 2024, we reset our climate goals to align with a net zero objective for 2050.• We are re-baselining with the Science-Based Targets initiative during 2025 to realignwith 1.5C and FLAG requirements (limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius,specifically within the Forest, Land and Agriculture sector).Sustainable packagingBy 2030, we aim to replace all non-recyclable packaging materials with recycled, renew-able, or certified products. This is part of our broader commitment to reduce plastic waste and promote a circular economy where materials or products are reused and regenerated to help minimize waste.Resource recoveryResource recovery involves the process of extracting valuable materials or energy from waste, which can then be reused, recycled, or converted into energy. This practice not only reduces the amount of waste sent to landfills but also conserves natural resources and minimizes environmental impact. From 2017 to 2023 dairy production has increased by 43%. At the same time, we’ve achieved an overall 4.4% reduction in emissions, while reducing carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) intensity by 33.6%. To put this in perspective, we’ve become considerably more efficient the past six years and, although we’re producing more, we’re having less total impact on the environment. Our Earth Turning hazardous waste into something good That bottle of vanilla extract you have in your kitchen … it’s flammable. Think about the disposal challenge that creates for our plant in Grand Rapids, Michigan, which uses a lot of flavoring in its beverages. When we had expired or unusable flavorings, disposing them was a challenge because the alcohol in those flavorings make them hazardous materials. The Grand Rapids team found the solution – a distillery that processes the alcohol and sugar out of the flavorings and uses them for other products. Now we don’t have to dispose of it as hazardous waste, and we keep it out of the landfill.

Waste for people, but delicious for pigs Something as simple as a bad seal on a protein drink means we can't sell it to humans, but pigs don't care. Our Grand Rapids, Michigan, team is working with a supplier to process waste into animal feed and ship it to local farms. The company has equipment to crush packaging and separate it from the liquid. They can take all of our products – protein drinks and milk – even if it’s already in boxes. The farmers are appreciative to have this food for their pigs, and it keeps millions of pounds of product out of landfills every year. Our Earth

Our Earth Record reduction in Brazil Our Rio Azul plant in Brazil achieved a record low for waste sent to landfill in 2024, falling below their 2% target for the first time. The plant drastically reduced their waste to landfill in just two years, going from 42.69% in FY22 to only 1.7% this past year. Lengthening the load The Castelo Branco plant in Portugal recently began using megatrucks. The trucks have two boxes that can transport 51 pallets and 30 tons. That allows for 18 more pallets and/or 9.5 more tons than a typical truck can transport. Our Earth Biogas turned carbon credits The success of our Baramati, India, plant’s project for wastewater treatment and biogas recovery has enabled the plant to receive its first-ever carbon credits. These credits are generated by projects that have avoided or removed greenhouse gas emissions. The Baramati plant is using biogas to replace furnace oil. Because those emissions have been reduced and replaced with a much friendlier fuel source, we can claim them to offset our environmental footprint. The Baramati team registered this project at the Universal Carbon Registry to receive 117,602 units of carbon credits for January 2014 through December 2023.Reducing paper waste We installed electric hand dryers in our bathrooms in Talavera de la Reina, Spain. It was an easy solution to reducing paper waste, improving hygiene and having a lower environmental impact.

Making green investments Through our corporate venture capital arm, Schreiber Ventures, we’re investing in start-up companies focused on sustainability. One of these is Brightly, a climate-tech startup focused on transforming food waste into climate solutions. Brightly’s proprietary AI-powered platform calculates methane emissions avoided by food rescue activities and mints them into verified carbon credits. These carbon credits generate funding for non-profit food rescue organizations, enabling them to rescue more food, feed more people and prevent even greater volumes of methane from entering the atmosphere. Our Communities Bringing a whole lot of good to our communities We launched the Schreiber Foods Foundation in 2022 with the goal of infusing money into more of our communities. Through the Foundation, we award grants that address food insecurity and basic needs at charitable organizations in our U.S. communities. Since 2022, we’ve committed more than $2.5 million to 120 organizations, and we’re looking into making a global impact with grants in the future.

Our Communities Year-round outreach Deciding what to do after high school can be an overwhelming decision. Our team in Monett, Missouri, regularly visits the local school to coach them on career readiness, practice interviewing skills and talk about post-secondary career options. Our business resource groups have taken a leading role in community outreach. For example, our MOSAIC group has made it an annual tradition to collect donations for gloves and other necessities for a local homeless shelter.

Our Communities From serving dinner to local vets to hosting a flag-raising ceremony on Veterans Day, our VETS group serves, educates and honors current military members, veterans, their families and our communities. Our Black Business Network organized a day of service activities for Martin Luther King Day. Our PRIDE group regularly serves meals at a local women’s shelter in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
